Magical Colour Bottles

Colour is everywhere.   Colour is energy.  When we understand the meaning of colour and how colour affects us, we can use colour as a tool to flow with life.

What do our favourite colours say about us? What is the significance of our phases for liking certain colours? How do our colour preferences work? What is colour giving us?
In her autobiography The Mirror and the Miracle Vicky Wall, the founder and innovator of the Aura-Soma system, talks about the language of colour as a mirror which offers the possibility of Recognising our truth to reveal the very essence of the soul, the deeper intuitive and wisdom aspects within us, the Miracle that We Are.

Colour is everywhere in our lives but we are not aware that it reflects the consciousness factor within ourselves. Colour consciousness is more than just knowledge; it is a doorway to experience. To open to colour, connects you to life.

I have been doing a personal journey with colour, for 10 years, using the Aura Soma equilibrium bottles. The journey has been an eye opener for me. I have grown and I have a better understanding of me. I see things from a different prospective. I see new possibilities and opportunities for growth and change. The more I use these bottles, the more I want to share and promote it to the world. It is my GPS for my Soul.

Using the colourful equilibrium bottles on me assisted in my internal reflection of me. Applying the oil on me and saying an affirmation assisted in my growth and my internal awakening

Applying the oil  and saying an affirmation can assist in personal growth.

The process of using and applying the oil on you is both sacred and pampering. Sacred in the sense, that you do it consciously, reflecting on the message, gifts the bottle is giving you. As you apply the oil on your body (onto its corresponding chakra) , you assist in your personal healing. Instead of going to a healer to help you with your healing you use the colourful equilibrium bottle on yourself. You pamper yourself by opening the bottle, and breathing in the soothing all natural aroma of the plant’s essential oils. Just by rubbing a few drops into your skin, you begin to feel refreshed and renewed.

The equilibrium bottle contains an upper and lower fraction, oil resting upon water.. Both fractions contain the energies of light, colour, crystals, herbs and plants. The bottles are made with love and intention. Vicky Wall the founder of Aura Soma, in her book “The Miracle of Colour Healing”, described the Equilibrium bottle as “living jewel”.

The process is non-intrusive. What comes to your attention is what you are ready to learn.
Your colour choice reflects your personal needs and helps you to find a more true understanding of your potential. The colour bottles are a reflection of your soul.

Each bottle is a chalice of light which, when you apply it onto its corresponding chakra affects the consciousness with it and assist in bringing together your whole being.

When you are drawn to these colourful equilibrium bottles, it is your soul calling you.
You could be at cross roads of your life. Wondering what to do next? The colour equilibrium bottles are calling you, to listen to your soul. These wonderful magical colour bottles may help you increase your self-awareness and create a harmonious sense of comfort around and within yourself.

Winter and the colour Red

Winter is here. Red is the colour to wear to keep you warm. Wear red socks  to  boost circulation. It also benefits those suffering from chilblains.  I love wearing my red scarf and gloves in cold winter mornings. It keeps me warm, energised and happy.
What do you to keep you warm?

The Colours Pink and Magenta

This year  I am working with two colours: Pink  and Magenta.

I am working with Pink to be in my heart and practise unconditional love.
Magenta to connect with grace, to trust, to flow with life  and to find pleasure, in the every day boring things we do in life.

While working with pink and magenta, I have found that being in my heart  and doing the every day tasks that I need to do challenging,  as I rather be some where else.

The challenge for me at the moment is to accept where I am and  to stop wishing that I was some where else. By being present in the now and accepting the now, it is easier to move forward.

Pink and Magenta are colours that I love having around me.  When I decided last year, that I was going to work with those colours, I was really looking forward to it. Now that I am working with pink and magenta, I have found them challenging. It is because of my mental nature and me wanting to be in control. I have not regretted choosing those colours  because I am hoping by the end of the year, I will be living in grace and working from my heart.

The big challange for me this year is stop trying to control what happens and learning to trust (magenta) and instead of trying too hard to please everyone, to work from my heart (pink). That is what ever do, I come from a place of love.

William and Kate's Royal Wedding

I do love following royalty, so I could not resist in making a comment on William and Kate's Royal Wedding. It was a beautiful wedding and there seem to be a lot of positive energy around the wedding.

I love Divine Beauty in all its forms. I love style and beautiful music, art, paintings, sculptures, tables, architecture, buildings, flowers, gardens, cars and clothing ... anything that glorifies the bounty, goodness and especially beauty of the Divine Intelligence in all its ways.

I believe that people who have a sensitivity towards colours, beauty, and style are especially attuned to this "ray" or aspect of the Divine.

The men at the wedding mostly wore cuts, kilts or red uniforms which looked great - polished. But these clothes were more or less prescribed and there wasn't much individuality. As a result I will comment on the women whom I think stood out. It is interesting to note that most of the woment who stood out were "commoners".  Maybe the "titled" people are focusing on a different "ray" right now.

The most beautiful person of the day was Kate Middleton (now Duchess of Cambridge). I loved her dress from satin and lace (very like Grace Kelly's dress at her wedding), her hair worn down, her lovely make-up done by herself, her tiara and most of all the sparkling eyes and blissful smile she wore. She looked so graceful and confidant.

Philippa (Pippa), Kate's sister, looked stunning and graceful in a simple white dress (matching the flowers in Kate's bridal bouquet).

Both Kate and Philippa complemented each other. Phliippa was in the background supporting her sister. The way Philippa presented herself showed the comradeship she had with her sister.

Carol Middleton, Kate's mother, wore a beautiful sky blue and moved with elegance and grace.

Welcome

Welcom to Colour Awareness Blog!

My intention for our blog is to post ideas and experiances on how colour can be use in your daily life as a tool to empower your life.

We are surrounded by colour. Colour affect our moods. The clear blue sky
makes us feel happy and safe and we want to go out and play!!!!!

The grey dull sky makes us feel groomy,  we are not energised and we want to stay home.

We are attracted to colour. Some of  us choose red to give us energy, others to feel happy. Others might prefer blue to feel safe. When I travel I wear lots of blues. This is the colour that makes me feel safe.

What are your favourite colours?

Understanding what  is your favourite and how your favourite colours affect you is a step towards using colour as a tool to enhance your life.

Red is my favourite colour. It is my happy colour. When I am down, I love to have red around me, I love drinking from my red cup and at work when I am busy just seeing the red cup gives me the energy to carry on. When I drink  from my red cup I feel like I am putting energy into my body.

Share your experiances of your favourite colour.
