William and Kate's Royal Wedding

I do love following royalty, so I could not resist in making a comment on William and Kate's Royal Wedding. It was a beautiful wedding and there seem to be a lot of positive energy around the wedding.

I love Divine Beauty in all its forms. I love style and beautiful music, art, paintings, sculptures, tables, architecture, buildings, flowers, gardens, cars and clothing ... anything that glorifies the bounty, goodness and especially beauty of the Divine Intelligence in all its ways.

I believe that people who have a sensitivity towards colours, beauty, and style are especially attuned to this "ray" or aspect of the Divine.

The men at the wedding mostly wore cuts, kilts or red uniforms which looked great - polished. But these clothes were more or less prescribed and there wasn't much individuality. As a result I will comment on the women whom I think stood out. It is interesting to note that most of the woment who stood out were "commoners".  Maybe the "titled" people are focusing on a different "ray" right now.

The most beautiful person of the day was Kate Middleton (now Duchess of Cambridge). I loved her dress from satin and lace (very like Grace Kelly's dress at her wedding), her hair worn down, her lovely make-up done by herself, her tiara and most of all the sparkling eyes and blissful smile she wore. She looked so graceful and confidant.

Philippa (Pippa), Kate's sister, looked stunning and graceful in a simple white dress (matching the flowers in Kate's bridal bouquet).

Both Kate and Philippa complemented each other. Phliippa was in the background supporting her sister. The way Philippa presented herself showed the comradeship she had with her sister.

Carol Middleton, Kate's mother, wore a beautiful sky blue and moved with elegance and grace.

Welcome

Welcom to Colour Awareness Blog!

My intention for our blog is to post ideas and experiances on how colour can be use in your daily life as a tool to empower your life.

We are surrounded by colour. Colour affect our moods. The clear blue sky
makes us feel happy and safe and we want to go out and play!!!!!

The grey dull sky makes us feel groomy,  we are not energised and we want to stay home.

We are attracted to colour. Some of  us choose red to give us energy, others to feel happy. Others might prefer blue to feel safe. When I travel I wear lots of blues. This is the colour that makes me feel safe.

What are your favourite colours?

Understanding what  is your favourite and how your favourite colours affect you is a step towards using colour as a tool to enhance your life.

Red is my favourite colour. It is my happy colour. When I am down, I love to have red around me, I love drinking from my red cup and at work when I am busy just seeing the red cup gives me the energy to carry on. When I drink  from my red cup I feel like I am putting energy into my body.

Share your experiances of your favourite colour.
